Abstract

Mangusada Badung Hospital is one of the biggest hospital in Badung, located in the busy
vehicle zone. Impact of the growth transportation it cause many problems, one of them is
noise level that distrub the hospital performance. This research is to analyse the number
of the noise, wether the noise has exceeded the noise threshold.
By finding the mathematical to predict the noise due to vehicles in Mangusada Hospital
road section primary data is needed obtained by observation using a Sound Level Meter,
and supporting data regarding vehicle volume, and vehicle speed. While the secondary
data includes the road map of the Mangusada Hospital and will be analyzed using the
multiple regression analysis method on Microsoft Excel and SPSS programs. The data
results from this analysis include noise values, and noise level models based on vehicle
volume and based on vehicle speed.
Based on the results of multiple analysis on the Mangusada Hospital road section, the
noise model obtained at point 1 is Y = 52.036 + 0.029 X_1 + 0.029 X_2 + 0.051 X_3 +
0.071 X_4 with R2 of 80.2 % and the noise level of point 2 is Y = 48.994 + 0.029 X_1 +
0.029 X_2 + 0.050 X_3 + 0.072 X_4 with an R2 of 80.3 %.
