ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN BIAYA DAN WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN BEKISTING ANTARA PENGGUNAAN BEKISTING MULTIPLEK DENGAN BEKISTING TEGOFILM Studi Kasus: Proyek Pembangunan Gedung NICU- PONEK RSUD Tabanan

Abstract

Formwork is one of the jobs that has work methods and material choices that continue to
develop from time to time. In the construction project of the Tabanan Hospital NICUPONEK
Building which consists of a basement and 3 floors, the hospital planner used
multiplex material for column formwork. In fact, currently there are new materials such
as tegofilm with a higher number of uses. From these problems, a research will be
conducted on the comparison of costs and time on the use of multiplex formwork with
tegofilm formwork. From the results of the analysis, it will be known which formwork
material is more appropriate to use. The research method used is a comparative
descriptive method. Based on the results of the analysis, the cost of tegofilm formwork is
cheaper by Rp. 9,175,996.11 or 13% compared to multiplex formwork. Meanwhile, in the
analysis of time, tegofilm formwork has an execution time of 2 days faster than the
multiplex formwork. So it can be concluded that tegofilm formwork is a better alternative
for the use of column formwork in the construction project of the NICU-PONEK building
at Tabanan Hospital.
