PENGARUH PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PADA PT. DAWAN SAKTI TERHADAP BIAYA DAN WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PROYEK

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important factors that affect the implementation of
construction development. Therefore, competent human resources are needed based to
the needs in the field to achieve implementation activities. Although human resource
management has been implemented, in generally there are still delays in implementation
and additional costs. For that reason, it is necessary to conduct research to analyze the
influence of human resource management on PT. Dawan Sakti on the cost and time of
project implementation.This research was conducted with a descriptive correlative
design with saturated sampling technique and a total of 30 samples. The research
instrument used a questionnaire which was analyzed using multiple linear regression.The
results of this study indicate that the application of human resource management has a
positive and significant effect on the time and cost of project implementation, with an R²
value of 0.932 or 93.2% of time and 0.913 or 91.3% of costs. It implies that the application
of human resource management has a strong influence on the projects undertaken by PT.
