ANALISIS RISIKO MANAJEMEN MATERIAL DOMINAN YANG MENYEBABKAN KETERLAMBATAN WAKTU PELAKSANAAN PROYEK PADA PROYEK PASAR UMUM GIANYAR

The Gianyar Public Market development project is a government project with a 7-storey
building that has a fast project implementation of 15 months. To get a timely completion
of work, it is necessary to anticipate various risks that occur, one of which is material
risk during construction. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk of material
management, dominant assessment and risk mitigation actions and the allocation of
material management risks that cause delays in project implementation time. This
research was conducted at the Gianyar Public Market project with a qualitative
descriptive method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with 25
respondents and interviews with 3 respondents. The results of the study showed that the
identified risks were 50 risks with 13 source of risk, direct observations and interviews.
From the 50 risks, there are 3 risks that have a high risk level, 35 risks have a moderate
risk level, and 12 risks have a low risk level. Mitigation of the dominant risk consists of
11 actions which are divided into 4 mitigations for the risk of late delivery, 4 mitigation
actions for warehouse fire risk, and 3 mitigation actions for the risk of damage to material
transport equipment, and the entire allocation of dominant risk ownership rests with the
contractor
