ANALISIS PROPORSI BIAYA KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) KONTRUKSI PADA PEMBANGUNAN LIGA TENNIS SANUR

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the world's developing countries which has lots of
construction projects being done. Nowadays, K3 concerns (safety and occupational
health) are often overlooked. This is indicated by the high record of accidents at work.
The number of accidents at work reported in 2017 reached 123,041 cases, while
throughout 2018, it reached 173,105. Moreover, many construction workers suffer yearly
work accidents, material damage, production failures and delays in construction workers
that make companies suffer severe losses. This research is aimed at figuring out how
much the K3 cost on the construction project. The research is being carried out on the
project of the tennis league. The method of this study is quantitative and descriptive. The
study shows the cost of the K3 based on a shop price survey based on Circular Letter
Number 11/SE/M/2019 of 2019 on the technical cost of a construction safety management
system being made up of Rp. 116.914.000; (a hundred twelve million seven hundred
thirty-eight thousand and one four one rupiah, or about 1.63 percent of the contract's
worth
