ANALISA MANAJEMEN ALAT BERAT PEKERJAAN CUT AND FILL DENGAN PENGGUNAAN ALAT BERAT PADA PROYEK DAMARA VILLAGE

This study aims to analyze the selection of tools and unit prices of work also determine
the accuracy of daily work targets with productivity in the field, based on modernization
of tools with the application of heavy equipment that takes a case study on the Damara
Village project in earthworks.
This analysis uses descriptive analytic method by applying the independent variable and
the dependent variable, where the independent variables are the productivity of heavy
equipment and the price of ownership, operations and insurance, while the dependent
variable is the analysis of the unit price of work. The research was carried out in four
main stages, namely, (1) description of field condition survey data, data on specifications
of tools and work methods, (2) analysis of heavy equipment productivity, (3) analysis of
the cost of using heavy equipment, (4) analysis of unit prices of work.
The results showed that the planning tools used were Komatsu PC 200-8M0 (breaker)
with productivity of 12.18 m3/hour, Komatsu PC 200-8M0 (bucket) with productivity of
64.90 m3/hour, Changlin ZL50H with productivity of 51.85 m3/hour and Hino 130 HD XPower
with 39.39 m3/hour productivity. The daily target is said to be fulfilled, because
the field productivity has exceeded the daily target. The analysis of the unit price of the
work obtained is Komatsu PC 200 (breaker) UPW per-m3 of Rp.39,060.71, Hyundai
R220-9S (breaker) UPW per-m3 of Rp.39,644.27, Komatsu PC 200 (bucket) UPW perm3.
