Complex problems during the execution of project work resulted in many projects not
being completed as planned. Both not on time and the cost which resulted in overbudget.
To overcome this, it is necessary to have good time and cost management. Construction
projects can be well managed using the Earned Value method. This study aims to
determine the project performance based on time and cost, cost estimates and the final
time of the PT. KBI Gianyar Beverage Facility which has a contract value of IDR
23,145,200,000.00 and is planned to be completed within 34 weeks.
The method used in this research is unstructured interviews with several sources in the
field, field observations (documentation) and methods of carrying out work and seeing
the progress of work activities up to the 27th week. The results showed that based on the
performance of the development project, the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) = 0.90
(<1) means that the project implementation time is not good (late) and the Cost
Performance Index (CPI) = 1.12 (>1) means that this project is experiencing savings. .
Based on the estimated time and costs until the completion of the project implementation,
the results of the analysis of the estimated time delay for 5 days from the plan and the
results of the analysis of project cost estimates are IDR 20,724,450,904.00 which means
experiencing a profit of IDR 2,420,749,096.00 (10.46%) of the budget
