Abstract

One of the most influential resources in construction work is labor. A small job
if it is not supported by a good workforce in terms of quality and productivity, will not
provide maximum and satisfactory results in a project. Employing an inappropriate
workforce can have a detrimental impact on a construction project. The quality of the
workforce is influenced by factors such as education, experience, age, work environment
and cultural diversity. In this research to find data using questionnaires and interviews
and as a result of the questionnaire are as follows, labor productivity in the installation
of heavy bricks or light brick is 55.3 m2/day, labor productivity in plastering and
plastering work is 242.9 m2/day, labor productivity on painting work is 353.45 m2/day,
labor productivity on installation of door and window frames is 6,4 m3/day, labor
productivity on masonry installation work is 21.8 m2/ days, labor productivity in the
installation of sandstone Bali is 75.3 m2/day, the level of labor productivity in the
installation of lava rock is 31.2 m2/day, labor productivity in the installation of railing is
14.5 m1/ days, labor productivity in ceramic installation work is 48.5 m2/day. The most
influential variable is field conditions with a total of 30 points obtained from the
questionnaire testing. And the results of all of them prove that the architectural work is
progressing and has an effect on the time and costs that have been planned at the
beginning of the project
