Work accidents and various matters related to occupational safety and health
in Indonesia, especially in the construction services sector, are quite high. The occurrence
of work accidents can be one of the causes of disruption or cessation of project activities.
To ensure occupational safety and health, it is necessary to implement SMK. This
research is a quantitative study with a descriptive design, in this study the implementation
of SMK3 is based on Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012. The object of this research
is PT. Adhi Persada Gedung on the Sukawati Market Block C project. The results of this
study indicate the level of application of SMK3 is 90% and the effect on performance is
0.000 where p <0.05, the r square obtained is 0.800 or 80.0% which is a high influence
contribution to the casting performance
