Colonialism is a significant part of Klungkung’s history. Despite its dark past, colonialism has instilled a sense of patriotism among Klungkung people, both during the resistance to Dutch rule and in contemporary times. This patriotism is evident in various parts of the town center, preserving the historical value of the community's civilization. The landscape of patriotism is reflected in signs in public spaces, which have a unique linguistic construction that conserves and nurtures the spirit of patriotism. This research explores the interconnection between linguistic construction and the patriotism landscape in Klungkung, utilizing Landscape Linguistics with anthropolinguistic and multimodality approaches. The findings indicate that the patriotism landscape is manifested in the form of painted signs, information boards, building name signs, and slogan signs. The linguistic construction of these signs conveys a message of patriotism that has been maintained since the colonial era and remains relevant today.
