The research entitled Code Switching and Code Mixing at Bali State Polytechnic Department Lecturer Meetings aims to determine the level of use of code switching and code mixing at lecturer meetings. This is important to research because there is a tendency for the use of code switching and mixing to be increasingly found in bilingualism. The subjects in this research were lecturers at the Bali State Polytechnic, while the selected samples were lecturers at the PNB Accounting Department. The data source used is analysis of recorded documents. This research uses the observation method, while the data collection method uses proficient free-involved listening techniques, recording techniques, and note-taking techniques. The results obtained from this research are in the form of internal code switching: (1) code switching from Indonesian to Balinese (2) code switching from Balinese to Indonesian. Forms of external code switching were found: (1) code switching from Indonesian to a foreign language (English) (2) code switching from Indonesian to a foreign language (Sanskrit). The results of this research show that the use of code switching and code mixing in official meetings such as meetings still includes foreign languages, especially English. It can be concluded that there is more speech in code mixing department meetings than code switching, due to the lack of background factors and different topics.
